  • Ghee is an INDIAN form of Clarified Butter. It is amalgamated with Indian culture & Cuisines since 1500 BC.   • A2 Gir Cow ghee is prepared by boiling A2 Gir cow milk butter above 100 ˚C until almost all the moisture evaporates and the milk solids separates, leaving the pure fat layer on the top. The caramelization of ghee residues gives a characteristic nutty taste, slightly caramelized aroma and caramelized golden colour.
